    I LOVE THIS ONE. I do it every day but mix it up with different ones and I can already see definition in 2 weeks;) With cardio of course!

    Hey I have question; if i want to tone my abs but especially lose weight to burn off that little extra fat around my belly, what would you recommend more, cardio or muscle training? I already do both but i want to do it a little more efficient ;)

    Me too. I work out a lot and I get pretty fit
    anywhere else but have a hard time making my
    abs pop. I have abs and I just want it to come
    out so Im thinking of purchasing that program
    offered at the site

    I think if you’re fit and has a thin layer of
    fat in ur stomach adding a healthy diet to it,
    it should work.
