This is a difficult workout, but felt as though it really worked all areas of my core. Will be using this abs workout frequently to try to get rid of the spare tire.

@gatchAttk You’re probably skinny then. Not eating anything after working out is probably the best way to negate everything you just did. >_>

@NarutoUpload1 That’s scary. For all we know you haven’t even hit puberty yet in which case having ripped abs isn’t possible.

@NarutoUpload1 This is dumb. You need to eat right to grow ANY muscle.

Jesus christ guys, everyone is looking on youtube for videos like how to get six pack abs and that kind of shit.My anserw is just train hard don’t eat sugar don’t drink anything but water don’t drink or eat anything after training,do some cardio, exchange your original food with fruit like apple and shit,i recommend to eat just apple, don’t eat bannanas and orange and shit like that and in less then month you will have stoned chest, abs(six pack),back, legs, everything.I did all that.Result:perfect

@Middyluv Well the simples way would be to go for runs or long walks. Any sport where you move a lot would also do, Soccer, Basket Ball, Hockey, Ultimate, Dancing, you name it. You need to burn more than you eat and at the same time make sure to eat enough and healthy. To keep moving is the answer :)

Does this help to develop a six-pack and lose belly fat or does it just help in strengthening and hardening them? Sorry if these basically mean the same thing, it’s just that I have my upper ab muscles that are well defined, the middle abs are visible and the lower ones basically don’t exist xD But they are all just as hard as the other so it’s confusing…
