    well…ive been workin out for 4 weeks…on the first week id claim about pain all over my body…and one week later, the pain stopped, i dont feel pain on triceps, biceps, chest, back, shoulder, it all stopped, the only ones i feel pain is the legs and abs….but the rest i dont…
    My friends claim about pain all the time, theyve been workin out for about a year….
    im 15, and theyre 20…isnt that weird that i dont feel pain??

    having abs kinda sucks… hear me out first tho. once you have abs (yes i do have abs) you are a slave to them, fat guys can eat whatever they want and wont look any different, but if you eat whatever you want and just ignoer your abs once you got em, its a long road getting them back

    fuckin dumb ass almost every1 has 6 pack ..but not every1 can show it,-,- fuckin nub 15 yearolds and 14 year olds…the secret behind abs isnt a huge ass abb workout, its basic cardio, that burns the fat under which ur 6 pack is hiding.. long story short, the skinnier u are the easier it is to have a 6 pack.. gettin 8 packs and making ur 6 pack STRONG …now that is wat im sure NO ONE HERE exept the dude in the vid …me( mma fighter) or anyother dedicated athlete… soo SUCK IT UP PUSSY andSTFU

    ummm,,, if u have a good cool down jog, run , walk , or anything that can slowly bring ur heart beat back to normal, helps reduce next day sore ness, becaause it helps reduce the ammoount of lactic acid that is produced by muscles from not gettin enough oxygen

    your, probably not lifting heavy, try short sets of heavy, than maybe try light weigths. works for me, but after your body get used to the weight you gotta go heavier.

    Being sore only happens usually when you
    first workout that muscle area. After a week or so,
    you stop feeling sore.

    Probably the same as with me, your muscles regenerate much quicker then the avarage human or you don’t do your work outs in the right way, which would mean your work out is spread over alot of muscles..

    All of you who are saying negative things about Vince delMonte don’t know what they’re saying. I have been following his training methods for nearly a year now and I think that his methods are good as I have been constantly adding lean muscle and I’m only 16 years old.

    I usually stick to a routine for about 3 months. Each time I change routine, I go back to feeling sore for the first few weeks. Try changing your routine.
