well…ive been workin out for 4 weeks…on the first week id claim about pain all over my body…and one week later, the pain stopped, i dont feel pain on triceps, biceps, chest, back, shoulder, it all stopped, the only ones i feel pain is the legs and abs….but the rest i dont…

having abs kinda sucks… hear me out first tho. once you have abs (yes i do have abs) you are a slave to them, fat guys can eat whatever they want and wont look any different, but if you eat whatever you want and just ignoer your abs once you got em, its a long road getting them back

ummm,,, if u have a good cool down jog, run , walk , or anything that can slowly bring ur heart beat back to normal, helps reduce next day sore ness, becaause it helps reduce the ammoount of lactic acid that is produced by muscles from not gettin enough oxygen
@JoeyGisMrHavoc Well eather you are not doing that mutch, or if you did it for a long time, then its not supost to b sore..
your, probably not lifting heavy, try short sets of heavy, than maybe try light weigths. works for me, but after your body get used to the weight you gotta go heavier.

Probably the same as with me, your muscles regenerate much quicker then the avarage human or you don’t do your work outs in the right way, which would mean your work out is spread over alot of muscles..

I usually stick to a routine for about 3 months. Each time I change routine, I go back to feeling sore for the first few weeks. Try changing your routine.
