Six Pack Abs – Review and Benefits

OK Johnny here. In this section I’ll explain the benefits of getting great abs. I hope by reading this you will understand that why getting a flat stomach is really worth it. You should understand that getting a good six pack comes with many other health benefits that you might not have been aware of. I’ll explain a lot of that all here. So lets get to it now.

  1. More defined waist line- Having a more defined and smaller waist line has my benefits of its own. Such as acceptably to more attractive clothes and in most cases better fitting clothes. When your midsection lacks tone and has extra stomach weight, you lose waist definition. Nothing says unattractive like a nice beer belly showing under that shirt.
  2. Better digestion-Having a bad digestive track is one of the side effects of having extra stomach fat. Your digestive track will be more compressed and aggravated causing food and waste to have a harder time navigating through it. This will also give you indigestion issues which could effect your quality of sleep and your overall body feel. This is  not the case if you have  well exercised stomach muscles. Well-exercised flat stomach also result in a better digestive system and over all better  metabolic rate. This will in turn improve your energy levels and more energy translates to you being more active.
  3. Great self image-When you have a great inside self image, it will in turn improve your outer image. It will improve your confidence and self esteem. This is like a snowball effect which you will see even effects the people around you. Quite possibly making you into a real head turner.
  4. Better posture and center of gravity-The ab area is the core of your body and has a very big effect on your posture and center of gravity. With out stronger abs and a flatter stomach you’ll find it harder to stand straight causing your shoulders to hunch over. You’ll also noticeably trip more often as well. Great abs are also very important because they allow you an easier range of movement. Abs are used constantly for a variety of everyday movements.
  5. Relieved of lower back or neck pain-If you feel lower back pain it could be because of weak abs. Having weak abs puts more work on your lower back and spine which in turn effects your neck. Without a defined flat ab area you could find yourself suffering from many back,shoulder,and neck problems in your later years in life.
  6. Improved energy levels-Being healthy means improved energy levels. Meaning your more active and experience a higher quality of life. Even more then that a six pack just looks nice. Increased metabolic rate and less stress some things you can expect from less stomach fat.

So there you have it. Just some things you might not have been aware of about having a toned stomach. Good abs improve many aspects in your whole body and not just your stomach. That is why in turn you should work on improving your whole body and not just focusing on one area. You do that and you can expect it will have a noticeable effect on getting great abs.
