@pivotsumin dont train abs everyday, i train abs 3 days a week. also make sure you change up your workout every now and then to keep your muscles guessing. umm make sure you eat right. i mean i dont know what your body looks like but if u got a bit of flab over your muscles you wont see much.

@danco554 Running is the most important and eating right. Give it a few days break then continue.
You can do a billion ab workouts at home, but you will never get abs unless you eat right and run and thats what I’ve done and damn do I love the results.

in the description it says u need to add resistence (weight) in ure ab workout just like u do in ure bicep workout. But if u dont use weight in ure ab workout and do crunches without weight, your abs still burn. so why do u need weight?

@TheSambaFootball if your trying to get big, eat LOTS of high protein foods, cram it in even if your not hungry along with protein shakes, and when you lift, make sure you lift heavy weights less reps. that is if you want the big look. if your looking to get cut, do what you see in these videos.
