if u are skinny you can see the six pack earlier but not really fit. if u are muscly and can see the six pack then u are really fit

I hate how much they lie. If you have too much fat, your abs won’t show. I can do 250 of any ab exercise without rest, but because I haven’t started working on loosing bodyfat yet, my sixpack can’t be seen.
There’s no spot-removal of fat, you can’t just do 100 crunches 4 times a week and loose weight, you can’t have a six-pack unless your bodyfat% is at a certain level, and loosing bodyfat% will define it more than adding an extra 100 crunches will.
Don’t fall for the bullsh*t.
Lowering body-fat is the most important part, and there’s no spot-removal of fat. Fat hides the muscles.
If you want a flat six-pack, you just need to loose fat and do some crunches and bicycles.
If you want “big” abs, ones that bulge, you have to use weights. 8-12 reps. Raise or lower weight if it’s too easy/difficult.

well you might have to really get into puberty before you can, I couldn’t do it when I was 14, but now as 17 you can really get results

You have to run. Flex your abs. Now estimate the amount of fat that covers your abs. That’s how much fat needs to be lost. Try dieting. That is 80% of losing stomach fat…
Man cmon I’ve been doing this since February 5.. Still no big changes. I’m 14, 5′10 and I weight 125. At first it burned my abs and I do this one day and then rest etc.. I feel my abs stronger but I want them to be visible and have that six pack. I can feel it but still can’t see it. Do I need to lose stomach fat? How do I do this? I don’t have Time to run or anything. This sounds silly but putting wrap in your stomach work?? Thanks

ill be honest with u , with those work outs…I’m impressed , and that couch it looks preety awsome , i got different ones , but if i fail i wont blame it on the exercive but on the couch hahaha, great routines , can you do them more than once a day?
