    so keep doing this workout for your abs, but also do other strength exercises for your chest (push-ups), back (pull-ups) and legs (squats); you’ll burn a lot of calories working these major muscles. Also do some cardio after strength exercises like jogging, jump-roping, etc. This combined approach of strength exercises and cardio will help u burn off that fat on top of your abs and also build a strong abdominal base that will eventually become visible. Does that help?

    hey bud, so what u need to is burn off the fat on top of the muscle and also build a strong abdominal base underneath. in order to lose weight, u need to burn more calories than u consume each day.

    i’m 15, a guy. I need to get rid of my bellyfat fast. I have a beer belly looking stomach. does this workout burn the fat and get rid of it? If not, what does, and what are other workouts i can do at home to burn my belly fat?

    In all reality the abdominal muscles are the only muscle group that you do not need to rest. Because you are always using them, however, you do want to make sure that you stretch before and after. Also you need to burn calories and eat healthy. It is not possible to burn fat from one specific area of your body if you want a nice stomach you have to do cardio, eat well, and work out your abs.
