Well ,if you say your a little bit chubby, that still means you have fat, which can burn intto muscle, so if you did the workout, you probobly will get a six pack in about a month or two.

But the sad truth is that you’ve got too much fat.

Plenty of cardio, between 60-90 minutes per day without fail. Elliptical cross-trainers are great!
My starting weight was 99kg (218lbs), 3 months later I’m now 79kg (173lbs).

well i skate and walk every were and thats how i burn fat and all day i at school i sit in my chair at an angle that uses my ad muscles and after abou 6 months of that i have a 6 pack no joke!

@ Abe91195 You would want to do a lot of cross crunches to get rid of the love handles. But burn some of that fat of with some cardio mixed with this.
what happens if im a 200lb 5.9 1/2, 14 year old, i look chuby, but not fat. my face looks skinny but i just have love handles, would i still get a six pack?
