im 14 5foot 7 and i weigh 138 or something im very strong i can climb a tall rope without my legs i sorta have abs but this is helping me im very defined (i have lots of definition) im very fast and i run every day with atleast 8 pounds on my back i need new workouts could people help thanks.

Only eat healthy and go on a sport… like swimming, best sport for losing weight and training muscles+abs… you should eat alot of protein to, no candy or salt or anything bad only fruit and alot of tuna and meat. I’m doing this to and i’m already seeing changes

By change it up i mean dont do the same workout for weeks and weeks. your muscle will get use to it.
dont do it everyday your muscles dont get bigger when your workout they get bigger when you rest.
You build muscle when you eat and sleep
Use protien to rebuild them.
Rember the next workout should be a little bit more intense then the last
10 times each position
