    Strech your neck out before you do the workout. Also, lift with your abs NOT your neck. That’s the most key thing here if you want to see results. I’ve been doing this for around 6 weeks now along with other ab workouts I found and my shit is actually shredded now. =) Just keep it up man, it’ll work good for you.

    @BVBBaltimore no problem, and yea if you have a little fat you should burn it quick by doin good cardio and this workout every day, but if your looking to get bigger and grow more muscle then watch out because cardio also burns your muslce

    I watched the video several times then did it listening to him. I also if I forget, I paused it and moved it back so i could see hehehe :)

    i just did the whole thing but my kneck is KILLING ME!! any idea why? <.< i tryed looking at the sky for some reason it didnt work

    Okay good^^ hmm.. i think i dont have much body fat just a little bit..

    i just have changed my eating in one point: no fast food and no candys :D
    And i will run 2 times a week and playing soccer if the snow will melt^^

    @BVBBaltimore yes bro it will work no joke this is THE best and most simple workout for your abs out there.. im not sayin its easy but after 2-3 weeks you’ll be doin it twice a day do this eat well and run if u need to and i guarantee you’ll see nice results in 4 weeks

    for some reason everytime i do it my neck hurts i know im not doing it right so what do u have to do so it dont hurt your next or the back

    ive found that in order to get motivated for this, just watch AMA supercross and the monster babes, and then BAM! its like instant motivation!!

    just look up flex ur abs while doing it so u can tell if its ur abs or neck

    To keep your neck from not getting sore, stare at a point on the ceiling or high up on the wall while you are doing the exercises. That works for me.
