I have been doing this workout for awhile now and it does work. After a couple months i had to add different workouts in cause my abs got used to this workout. But it is a great workout!
Hi there I calculated my body fat (IMC) and it fits in the normal weight for my “class”. Well, i have a little bit of belly, but the calculs says my weight and it’s good, so if i just want to get “slim” or skinny, i just wanna end with this little belly, (it’s just a little bit) does it work? If your back or your neck hurts you is becauso you are doind it wrong. Try no to make the exercise with this parts of your body end make the movement with the abs.
Dont take your neck with your hands, just put the hands there.
Yeah, I think you are doing something wrong if you are feeling it more in your neck than your abs. Yes I can tell adifference in my neck as well, but make sure that you are lifting with the ab muscles and not the neck. you could get hurt doing that
i dont think thats a good thing, you need to reduce neck movement, i don’t think an old training video is the way to go but hey if you like it go for it just beware you may be putting unnecessary strain on your neck

I think it’s a good thing for me because I’m very unruly but I find those excercises easy and worth doing.
