    @juglabonza123 If you are having trouble with lifting your legs high in the air on your back, it is more than likely because your hamstrings are too tight. Try yoga or stretch your hamstrings daily. (If you’re a boy, you’ll have to work twice as hard seeing as how you guys have naturally tighter hamstrings than us girls!)

    im not really sure about the breathing…where are you suppose to breath in and out. the arrows point in the same direction its a bit confusing.

    Its only his pubic area, Ultra tight pants moulds it. The drawing makes his pubic area exagerately moulded as pants don’t do that, unless it is paint clothing :lol! However it seems to be balls at 24secs.
