    omg one word toture. lol but i guess it was my own fault i played this video once, didn’t feel much burn played it again, a bit more burn now i’ve done that about 4 times and dear gosh that hurts lol but then again i guess that was a 8 minute workout, btw im not fat i’m actually naturally thin but i just wanna tone ;) x

    did you get like a “v”shape :D cuz i want 2 have one so bad my friend at school she has one she works out alot im not fatb(its a good thing too) but i just wanna have a v shape :P

    I have my g.f doing this when she wakes up and 7 min abs before she goes 2 bed 5 days out the week…….diet is the true key though

    @BLAWNDDBARBIExx Drop your body fat to 10% or lower for a man or 13% or lower for a female no point working ab’s if your body fat is above this, as there will be a layer of fat over your abs!! Body fat is the enemy not weight a lot of people are concerned about their weight but they should be more concerned about their body fat %….

    @missjassy23 it will get easier , after a while …. but not too easy dat u will not feel any sort of pain … I ve been doing dis regularly for three mths , ( with sum periods in between ) but it works …

    im starting to do this every night, will it ever get easier? lol.
    & also i wanted to knw will this help flaten yur stomach, bcuz i have a SMALL gut, & i was wondering wuld this help me flaten & tone my stomach???

    I think how long you do it for untill you have a nice toned stomach depends on what weight you are just now. I think there is not a specific time, you should just keep doing it every night untill you are happy x

    Is it sagging skin from the skin being stretched when a lot of weight is added in a shorter period of time? Because depending how much you have you may or may not be able to get rid of it through excersize.

    this workout works well if you actually do cardio for 30 minutes everyday and have a good diet AND do this workout. Then you should have a great looking stomach.
